Some sound so good, but for the scriptures and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, even the elect would be led astray. It is not God’s desire that any should miss the truth. It is our purpose to rightly interpret the Holy Word of God and to draw together a brief outline of the basic beliefs of the body at Pleasant Run Church. Scriptural references are given for the major tenets. The readers are strongly urged to read the Bible verses recommended for further clarification of the stated beliefs. We dedicate these pages to those seeking to know the truth and seeking to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior. We pray that as you read these lines, God’s presence will be real to you and that His love will flood your soul. May God bless you.
